Dazzle Pictures' involvement with the “Follow Your Spark” campaign is part of a broader push to support and inspire the next generation of talent in the screen industries, a subject that’s obviously close to our own hearts. The campaign film focusses on three main narratives - lighting, game development and hair styling for film. Our task was to visualise and bring these concepts to life in a seamless video storyline. We brought a full toolbox to this party that included approximately 20 sophisticated VFX sequences, from creating all of Spark’s ‘universe’ and sparkly bits like the iconic work hole fly-through sequences and transitions, to the creation, digital matte painting and compositing of the game character’s robo-armour, right down to the spark in the protagonists’ eyes.​ ​
