Piky 430/26, Dejvice, 160 00 Praha 6, Czech Republic, ID No.: 043 58 015, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 246397 ("Dazzle"), hereby provides information on the way it processes personal data when providing goods and services via its website at www.dazzle.pictures (the “Website”).

A. Provision of goods or services

If you have decided to use our services, you enter into a contract with us, on the basis of which we process your personal data. For this reason, we need to process your personal data to the extent that you provide it in the order, contract or related communication. These personal data are mainly:

We process the above personal data solely for the purpose of provision of our services, and only to the extent and for the time necessary to fulfil this purpose. After we have provided you the service and the contract has been fulfilled, we will keep the personal data exclusively for the purpose of protecting our legitimate interests (in particular our rights and legally protected interests) in the event of a claim or any disagreement between us regarding our mutual rights and obligations. Thus, if we do not agree otherwise, we will process the personal data for a total period of no more than 4 years from the time of fulfilment of the contract and then delete it.

Due to our legitimate interest, which is in particular to improve the quality of the services we provide and to rationalise the management of the services, we also use the above personal data for business analysis purposes. We do not use this data for profiling our customers or business partners. However, we may target our future business communication or offers that we address you based on such processing of your customer preferences.

B. User contact forms on the Website

You may communicate with us via online forms which are accessible on the Website. Through these forms you may:

• Start a project with us – in such case we process your email address and the information about you and your project you provide to us via the respective online form and during our potential future cooperation. We will process the personal data for the period necessary to assess and potentially also pursue our cooperation and for up to 4 years after our last communication or termination of our cooperation to protect our rights and legally protected interests.
• Ask us any questions – we process your email address as well as the content of your question and the subsequent communication. We will process the personal data for the period necessary to address your questions and for up to 4 years after our last communication, if necessary, to protect our rights and legally protected interests.
• Apply for a position at Dazzle – for that purpose we process all the necessary information about you that you provide to us via the respective online form (such as full name, email address, link to your published content such as reels or other content portfolio, password, work related preferences and your LinkedIn profile or CV provided by you) and in any subsequent communication so that we can assess your application. We will process the personal data for the period necessary to either welcome you in our team or decline your application.

3. General information on how we process personal data

Always and in all circumstances we primarily process personal data using our own technical means, but in some cases personal data may also be processed by other processors who provide us with software, services and applications, such as cloud, email, analytics and marketing tools. Where personal data is transferred outside the EU in this context, we do so based on appropriate safeguards, which are in particular the Standard Contractual Clauses issued by the European Commission. At all times and in all circumstances you have the following rights in relation to the processing of your personal data in relation to us:

• Right of access to personal data: you have the right to obtain information about whether your personal data is being processed and, if so, the right to access your personal data. We will correct or complete the data without undue delay, while always considering the technical possibilities.
• Right to erasure: in the event that you request erasure, we will erase your personal data if (i) it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed, (ii) the processing is unlawful, (iii) you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for processing your personal data, or (iv) we are required to erase it by law.
• Right to restriction of processing of personal data: if you request restriction of processing, we will make the personal data unavailable, temporarily delete or store it or carry out other processing operations necessary for the proper exercise of the exercised right.
