THIS POSITION IN A NUTSHELL

Tracking the task list of individual artists and monitoring their progress. Creating progress reports for producers, supervisors, and clients.

Organizing meetings, taking notes, preparing materials.

Checking meeting notes, recording them, tracking, and passing them on to the artists.

Ensuring smooth communication between departments and contributing to problem-solving.

Monitoring the quality and integrity of visual effects throughout the process.

Administrative setup of new projects - verifying the database of shot lists in production software, maintaining its accuracy with changes, version numbers, and statuses.

Maintain and represent the Director's and VFX Supervisor’s vision throughout the animation process, while presenting original artistic interpretations.
Lead a team of skilled animators to deliver hi-fidelity animation; giving constructive, actionable, relevant feedback along each stage.

THE KIND OF PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience in a similar position in film or television production.

Good understanding of Excel, database softwares and systematic workflows. Experience with Ftrack or ShotGrid beneficial.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage time and resources.

Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work in dynamic conditions.

Creative approach and attention to detail.
