THIS POSITION IN A NUTSHELL

Calculating the work difficulty with the VFX Supervisor, creating budgets and schedules
Daily monitoring of the project progress through the departments/teams involved, managing resources
Sharing all necessary feedback/notes/briefs to all involved
Tracking and managing the workflow to meet deadlines
Updating the production database
Communicating with the production team and the client in all phases of production (both in written and spoken form)

THE KIND OF PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience in VFX as a VFX Coordinator and/or VFX Producer
Knowledge of VFX production technical aspects (work continuity, comparison of software and its capabilities, input and output formats)
Great knowledge of programs ftrack, Microsoft and/or Google office suites
Team player with great social and communication skills
Attention to detail with the ability to keep control over the project in the whole scope
Ability to set priorities, flexibility and stress-resistance
Fluent English - both spoken and written
