CG Supervisor

We're seeking an experienced CG Supervisor to manage world-class VFX projects & lead our team of highly driven professionals to great heights.

THIS POSITION IN A NUTSHELL

Analysing potential projects (predominantly 3D tasks)
Preparing breakdowns for the client - treatments on our approach to meet their requirements, and bids/cost estimates; interacting directly with clients to discuss work in any phase of production
Assigning 3D tasks to colleagues and reviewing them, providing feedback
Educating/teaching colleagues where there is a need, giving input and solutions when they run into difficulties
Contributing to company workflow and pipeline discussions and planning
Collaborating closely with VFX Supervisor, VFX Producer and 2D team to ensure everyone pulls in the same direction at all times
Coordinating with Production and HR in planning the team and schedule for work on current and upcoming projects
Helping IT department with the constant technological improvement

THE KIND OF PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience as a CG Supervisor on live-action VFX projects or in another relevant lead role
Ability to find the most suitable and effective solutions and meet deadlines
Expert in Houdini and general knowledge of other 3D software(s)
Excellent communication towards clients and internal team of Artists
Creative approach and good judgement to ensure the highest quality standard of work
